About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist installers with digging post holes, mixing concrete, and staging materials.

Load and unload materials from trucks and distribute them along the work site.

Clean and prepare sites, and handle general site cleanup.

Learn and adhere to all job-site safety practices.
Qualifications:

No prior experience required; we will train the right candidate.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various conditions.
