Job Overview
As a Transmission R&R (Remove & Replace) Technician, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently remove and replace transmissions and related driveline components in a wide range of vehicles. You will work alongside experienced mechanics in a clean, well-equipped facility and be a vital part of helping our customers get safely back on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove and replace transmissions, transfer cases, and related components
- Perform drivetrain and undercarriage inspections
- Diagnose transmission-related issues when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Use appropriate tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in automotive or transmission R&R (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and honest work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
