The position of Water Mitigation Specialist performs various duties but not limited to Water Extraction & drying, fire restoration, mold/sewage remediation and other miscellaneous services, including demolition when necessary.
Job Qualification & Requirements:
• IICRC Certified with 2 years of Water Mitigation proven experience
• On call emergency program (Rotation)
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• General construction knowledge • Possess the skills needed to multi-task while adapting to changes
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic including attention to detail, positive and professional attitude • Possess strong customer service skills, able to handle challenging situations in professional manner
• Clearly demonstrate effective communication skills both verbal and written proficiency in Xactimate
