What we do: A.J. Manufacturing builds the highest quality doors and vinyl windows for the residential, commercial, and agriculture sectors. Plus, we are also the leading manufacturer of HVAC access doors and panels.
What you will do:
· Work in a safe manner, following A.J.’s safe work policies
· Follow work processes and procedures to ensure that a quality product is going out to our customers
· Be cross-trained in different areas within the plants
· Operate manufacturing equipment and various hand tools
Schedule:
1st shift: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Some overtime may be required on Fridays as needed. Starting pay at $18.00 hr.
Midweek: 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, Tuesday through Thursday. Some extra time may be required on Fridays as needed. Starting pay at $18.00 hr.
2nd shift: 4:30 pm to 3:00 am, Monday through Thursday. Some overtime may be required on Friday as needed. Starting pay at $20.50 hr. (This includes $2.50 hr shift differential)
Weekend shift: 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, Friday through Sunday. Starting pay at $21.25 hr. (This includes $3.25 hr shift differential)

Requirements:
· Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
· Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
· Desire to produce a quality product
· Lift and carry over 50 pounds
· Knowledge of hand tools and use of a tape measure is helpful, we will train
