What You’ll Do

• Install residential heating and air conditioning systems with attention to quality and detail
• Replace equipment, set condensers and air handlers, and complete startup and commissioning tasks
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about the installation process and system operation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Keep your truck organized, stocked, and ready for the day
• Work with office staff and fellow installers to deliver a smooth customer experience
• Represent A.J. LeBlanc Heating professionally in the field

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed and experienced HVAC installer
• Strong installation skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication and customer service mindset
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• NH gas license and EPA certification preferred
