What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Perform routine maintenance and identify repair opportunities honestly and professionally
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, repairs, and next steps
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Keep your truck organized, stocked, and ready for the day
- Work with office staff and fellow technicians to deliver a smooth customer experience
- Represent A.J. LeBlanc Heating professionally in the field
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed and experienced HVAC technician
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Professional communication and customer service mindset
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- NH gas license and EPA certification preferred
