A&J Lawn Pros is hiring a Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead Apprentice in Pittsburgh, PA. Pay is $18 to $20 per hour, with a track to lead your own crew. You will be a high school graduate ready to learn the trade and grow into a crew lead role. Most weeks you get a 3-day weekend running our Monday to Thursday (or Tuesday to Friday) schedule.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Maintain residential and commercial lawns across the Pittsburgh area.
• Work alongside your crew to finish each route clean.
• Learn the systems and skills that lead to running your own crew.
• Show up ready to work outdoors in most conditions.
