Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Woodbridge, VA. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and managing leasing activities. Key responsibilities include budgeting, managing maintenance requests, supervising staff, collecting rent, and coordinating tenant communications. The Property Manager will work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage property operations, including lease management, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee daily property activities efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address tenant needs and collaborate with staff.
- Ability to supervise and manage property management personnel effectively.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of local property regulations and legal compliance.
- A background in real estate, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) are a plus.
