The Role
This is a consultative, relationship-focused sales role targeting commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. You will identify opportunities, develop tailored HVAC solutions, and guide decision-makers through replacement, retrofit, service, and maintenance investments. Your credibility, communication skills, and presence will be essential to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and manage commercial HVAC sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, contractors, and decision-makers
- Conduct site visits, assess system needs, and develop customized HVAC solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, ROI analyses, and system recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams
- Manage long sales cycles while maintaining consistent pipeline activity
- Negotiate contracts and close profitable, long-term agreements
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Track activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
