Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) MUST be a certified BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the assessment, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians, support staff, and families to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure consistency across environments.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Conduct intake assessments, patient care planning, and ongoing patient assessment to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Qualifications
- Hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Demonstrate experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection methods, and behavioral health practices.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy.
- Proven ability to perform diagnostic evaluations, patient assessments, and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in medical records and documentation. Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
