Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Paid Marketing:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other emerging channels.
- Allocate and manage budget effectively to achieve enrollment growth targets.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Analyze user journeys and execute A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance user experience and landing page performance.
- Social Media (Organic & Paid):
- Oversee strategy and execution of organic social media content and paid social campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, engaging actively to build community and amplify BYU-Pathway’s brand.
- Channel Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate marketing channels for effectiveness and ROI.
- Identify opportunities for expanding into new digital channels and markets.
- Experimentation:
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing experiments, leveraging insights for rapid iteration and improvement.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive performance dashboards, regularly reporting insights and recommendations.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Analytics) to inform decisions and strategy.
- Social Strategy:
- Develop and execute a cohesive, strategic approach to social media that aligns with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
- Partner with content teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and organizational goals.
- Mentorship:
- Mentor interns, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to support their professional growth.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, CRO, and social media management.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools/platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRO software.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting data to guide strategic decisions.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
