The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Division within the Finance and Records Department provides independent and unbiased financial and strategic analysis to support senior leadership decision-making. The FP&A Division partners with other departments to evaluate the financial implications of current and future initiatives and provide insight into organizational performance.
Individuals in this position must be highly qualified, able to perform at a high level under pressure, maintain strict confidentiality, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
Provides expertise in data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
Leads efforts in development and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards that enhance visibility into financial performance.
Analyzes financial results to identify meaningful trends and support business performance management.
Assists in the preparation of clear, concise reporting and presentations for senior leaders.
Conducts research and analysis on economic and financial trends and supports the development of forecasts and models to evaluate strategic initiatives, decisions, and risk exposures.
Collaborates effectively with other departments to obtain accurate information and provide clear financial insight.
Qualifications
CPA, CMA, or MBA.
Church employment experience.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, statistics, or a related field.
- 7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, accounting, auditing, business management or financial research.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and ERP systems.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting, automation, and data analysis tools.
- Thorough knowledge of Church domestic and international financial systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
