We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Licensed Bail Agent. This position is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours, enjoys helping people in stressful situations, and is willing to actively grow our presence in the Bannock County area.
Location: Pocatello & surrounding Bannock County areas
Schedule: Flexible / On-Call
Compensation: Commission-based performance incentives
Responsibilities
- Assist clients and families with the bail process in a professional, respectful manner
- Respond to calls promptly and manage paperwork, payment plans, and bond approvals
- Meet with clients at jails, homes, or public locations as needed
- Build relationships within the community
- Actively promote and grow our business in the Pocatello area
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Work closely with our statewide team and leadership for training and support
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to obtain an Idaho Bail Bond License (we help with the process)
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Flexible schedule, including evenings/nights
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Diploma or GED
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling paperwork
- Able to stay calm and respectful in stressful situations
- Self-motivated and willing to put in extra effort to grow the business locally
- Clean background suitable for licensing (case-by-case review)
Preferred Traits
- Sales, customer service, or law-enforcement background
- Understanding of Bannock County / local community
- Confidence talking with people and handling tough conversations
- Entrepreneurial mindset—someone who wants to build something, not just clock in
