Job Title: Accounting Manager

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 annually

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Job Summary:

A.I. Foods Corp is a leading Filipino/Asian foods producer, importer, and distributor seeking a strategic and hands-on Accounting Manager to partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership team. This role will lead all financial and accounting functions, providing high-level oversight, driving financial strategy, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking finance leader with manufacturing experience, expertise in cost accounting, and ability to build and scale financial infrastructure in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership and serve as a key advisor to the CEO on financial matters
• Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting
• Direct the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and executive reports
• Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes aligned with company growth objectives
• Oversee cost accounting and inventory valuation processes within a manufacturing environment
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements
• Design, implement, and continuously improve internal controls, policies, and financial systems
• Lead audit processes and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
• Build, mentor, and scale an accounting team
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Support strategic initiatives including expansion, capital investments, and operational improvements

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Filipino language/culture is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred; MBA a plus)
• 5 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with leadership roles
• Experience with manufacturing and cost accounting a plus
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and business acumen
