What You'll Do as a Retail Customer Service & Sales Associate:
- Represent clientele at various events, serving as the first point of contact for potential customers and offering tailored sales solutions based on their needs
- Set up and maintain visually appealing event displays
- Track interactions and manage customer information using the provided tools and systems
- Collaborate with fellow Retail Customer Service & Sales Associates to share successful strategies, celebrate wins, and support collective success
- Pursue growth by taking on leadership responsibilities and contributing to company goals
- Participate in training, sales, and client meetings to ensure up-to-date knowledge and best practices
