Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics - In Home Health
Hours: 8 hours / week
Pay Rate: $55 per hr
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN/PRN) to provide one-on-one care for a child with Cerebral Palsy. The ideal candidate will be patient, dependable, attentive, and comfortable providing skilled pediatric nursing care in a home setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide safe, compassionate, and individualized nursing care.
- Monitor the child’s condition and recognize changes in health status.
- Assist with medications, treatments, feeding, and personal care as ordered.
- Support mobility, positioning, and activities of daily living.
- Follow the child’s individualized care plan and physician orders.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and communicate changes to the family/care team.
- Promote the child’s comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe care environment.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- recent TB test results
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is a plus.
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience caring for children with Cerebral Palsy or complex medical needs is a plus.
