Summary: Operates machinery in a safe and efficient manner by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
- Wears PPE in accordance with company policy (Steel Toe Shoes & Earplugs).
- Operates production equipment to produce products in accordance with safety, quality, & projected company goals as related to company expectations.
- Produces assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions.
- Completes equipment set ups in accordance with machine & style specifications.
- Inspects product on cycle and documents findings as needed.
- Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas.
- Adheres to all established policies and procedures of safety, quality and production.
- Notifies management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and charts.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
