Wire Operations Specialist – Mayfield Village, OH

Mars Electric is hiring a Wire Operations Specialist for our Distribution Center. This is a skilled, production-focused role supporting large commercial and industrial projects across Northeast Ohio.

Schedule (NO WEEKENDS)

Monday–Friday | 9:00AM - 6:00PM

What You'll Do
  • Interpret work orders (wire type, gauge, reel size)
  • Operate and troubleshoot wire cutting equipment
  • Measure and cut wire to exact specifications
  • Maintain 99% order accuracy
  • Label, stage, and organize completed orders
  • Monitor inventory and support continuous improvement
  • Operate forklift equipment safely
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or skilled trades preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills
Preferred: Experience with automated equipment, wire products, or ERP systems Candidates are subject to a post-offer drug screen (includes Marijuana) and background screening including criminal and reference checks.Please note: The issuance of a Medical Marijuana Card does not negate our pre-employment drug screen policy.

Compensation details: 18-19
