Team Member Trainee

Amethyst Capital INC. is a growing business development and outreach firm based in the Charleston area. We partner with nationally recognized brands and service providers to increase market reach, strengthen brand visibility, and drive customer engagement through face-to-face outreach campaigns and community events.

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Member Trainees. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in outreach, sales, marketing, and business development while working alongside experienced team leaders.

No previous experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.

• Assist with the execution of outreach and promotional campaigns

• Represent client brands professionally at community events and engagement activities

• Communicate product and service information to prospective customers

• Build positive relationships with community members and potential customers

• Support customer acquisition and enrollment initiatives

• Learn sales, communication, and business development strategies through hands-on training

• Track daily goals and campaign performance
