Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience in the restaurant or food service industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
