Production Technician-Block Shop Benefits:
· $25 per hour (Dependent on Qualifications)
· Up to $1,200 quarterly bonus
· $3 per hour night shift differential

Plans, coordinates, and performs basic block shop functions. Responsibilities include:
· Follow and abide by all plant safety policies and guidelines
· Proficient use and understanding of precision measurement instruments such as dial indicators, hand micrometers of various sizes, and digital calipers, among others.
· Set up, operate and maintain caster block carriers
· Perform necessary PM’s on equipment
· Ensure adequate inventories of consumables
· Maintain appropriate logs and records as needed to properly track and maintain equipment status and maintenance record
· Identify technical problems and provide practical solutions appropriate to the size and complexity of projects in shop and on manufacturing equipment in support of overall operation
· Communicate successfully with other members of the department to support a team environment
· Compose & send daily shift reports on all activities performed
