If you're the type of person who enjoys diagnosing problems, repairing equipment, and figuring out how things work, we'd like to meet you.

Every repair you make directly impacts our ability to process products used in the industries, such as medical, aerospace, defense, industrial, and commercial .

Most people have never heard of the metal finishing industry before joining us—and that's okay. We'll teach you our equipment, processes, and industry. What we can't teach is reliability, mechanical aptitude, critical thinking, a willingness to learn, and pride in doing quality work.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a career—not simply find their next job.

Before You Apply

Please apply only if the following describes you:

  • You have experience maintaining manufacturing or production equipment.
  • You enjoy troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems rather than simply replacing parts.

  • You can read and follow written instructions, work orders, repair manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • You take pride in repairing equipment correctly, safely, and efficiently.
  • You enjoy learning new equipment and continuously improving your skills.
