We’re hiring a Print Production Lead to guide our custom graphics printing team while remaining actively involved in daily production. This is a working leader role—ideal for an experienced print or manufacturing professional who enjoys mentoring others, setting the pace, and ensuring high-quality output.
You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be on the production floor—supporting operators, prioritizing work, solving problems, and making quality decisions that matter.
What You’ll Do- Lead daily production flow and assign work to meet deadlinesBe the go‑to leader on the floor—remove roadblocks and keep jobs movingInspect finished products and make confident quality decisionsTrain, coach, and cross‑train team membersAssist with printer setup and minor equipment troubleshootingCollaborate with other leads to balance workload and resourcesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
- 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturingConsumer product manufacturing experience requiredCustom printing or graphics production experience preferredHands‑on leadership style with strong attention to detailBasic Adobe Illustrator and intermediate computer skills

- Displays2Go takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role is $22-26/hr. Final base pay will be determined based on responsibilities, job-related skills, experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
