Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Agent to join our team at Briarcrest Gardens. This position will include leasing responsibilities for Briarcrest Gardens and Laura Acres. A PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. If you don’t have one, we will pay for you to get one! Rate: Based on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Show and lease apartments to interested parties.
- Run tenant applications.
- Assist with rent collection.
- Daily customer service with our tenants - work order requests, communications, etc.
- Various data entry.
Requirements:
Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required.
PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
High School Diploma/GED.
