Key Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests (phone, email, in-person)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
- Track and resolve tickets in a timely manner
- Provide technical support to employees across all departments
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices and systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users
- Participate in rotating on-call support
- Support additional IT projects as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience - 1 year of IT Help Desk or technical support experience
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
