As our Fulfillment Manager, you'll be the backbone of our afternoon/evening operations, partnering with management to supervise our dedicated warehouse team. You'll ensure all daily picking processes are completed accurately, from product staging to efficient truck loading. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive productivity, uphold safety standards, and foster a strong team environment.

This position offers an excellent work-life balance with a four-day work week, allowing you more personal time. The work shift is Sunday through Wednesday, starting at noon and finishing when the work is done. This schedule provides a consistent three-day break, promoting well-being and reducing burnout.

• Lead Afternoon/Evening Operations: Oversee all aspects of our picking and staging processes, ensuring precise truck loading and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Team Leadership & Development: Directly supervise, train, and mentor our warehouse and fulfillment team members, ensuring they meet and exceed company expectations. This includes conducting performance reviews, providing ongoing coaching, and handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Efficiency & Quality Control: Troubleshoot processes to continuously improve efficiency and productivity. You'll ensure all quality, compliance, and safety standards are rigorously met.
• Equipment & System Management: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, and back semi-trucks into dock bays as needed. You'll also manage our pick systems and AS/400 for invoicing and pick releases.
• Reporting & Compliance: Generate crucial reports on warehouse productivity and ensure all staff are trained and certified on PITs and other essential technology. You'll also manage timecards, bonuses, and payroll submissions for your team.
• Closing Duties: Oversee all necessary closing procedures, including verifying that staged trailers are fully functional.

• Experienced Leader: 3-5 years of proven experience managing employees, ideally in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Warehouse Veteran: 5 years of hands-on warehousing or fulfillment experience.
• Skilled Operator: Proficiency in safely operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and backing semi-trucks.
• Tech Savvy: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Windows), email, and general computer operations, including familiarity with systems like AS/400.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Communicator: Strong ability to read, write, and comprehend English and effectively communicate with your team and management.
• Adaptable: Flexible with your work schedule, including the ability to work overtime as required.
• Physically Capable: Able to consistently lift 30 pounds (and up to 70 pounds intermittently), and comfortably stand, walk, stoop, twist, bend, squat, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
