Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full Time
Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay, a beautiful senior living community located in Venice, Florida, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are hiring for all shifts, with a rotation that includes weekends, to ensure comprehensive care coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct personal care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and document residents’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure residents’ safety and comfort
- Support residents in engaging in social and recreational activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment in accordance with facility policies and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality resident care
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid CNA certification in the state of Florida
- Prior experience in a senior care or healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple responsibilities
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends, with a rotation schedule
