Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asphalt maintenance or related construction work.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within the construction or asphalt industry.
- Strong knowledge of asphalt materials, repair techniques, and equipment operation.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in construction safety or OSHA training.
- Experience with machinery such as sealcoating & pavement marking equipment.
- Familiarity with project management software and scheduling tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Additional training or certification in asphalt technology or pavement management.
Responsibilities:
