Employ diagnostic methodologies to troubleshoot and resolve intricate electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic failures in machinery and equipment, utilizing advanced problem-solving techniques.
Execute precision repairs and maintenance on critical machinery, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and automated systems, adhering to industry best practices.
Install, repair, and optimize HVAC systems to ensure energy efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
Perform advanced plumbing repairs and installations, including the design and modification of piping systems and fixtures to meet operational needs.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize operational downtime, employing strong project management skills.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
