What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at a hip joint?
We are looking for a front desk receptionist to add to our hippie family! Here at a hip joint we are all about health and happiness, and would like to find an high energy people person to join our team!
This position is responsible for scheduling clients, checking clients in and collecting payment, laundry and other cleaning duties, answering & returning calls, and more.
The ideal candidate will have experience working a front desk or other similar clerical work, has excellent customer service skills, is flexible and reliable, is extremely organized, comfortable on the phones, and able to multitask. We are willing to train the right person, so having a clerical / medical office background is a plus, but not a necessity. Hours will be Friday and Saturday open to close - Fridays 9:30am to 6:30pm(ish) and Saturdays 9:30am to 4:30pm(ish).
