This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee infrastructure developments, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects utilizing Cabinet Vision for cabinetry design and manufacturing coordination
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, cost control, and financial reporting using HeavyBid or comparable construction estimating tools
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to review construction plans, specifications, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
- Utilize Bluebeam and other construction management software for document review, markup, and communication across teams
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits, blueprint reading, and progress meetings; adjust schedules as necessary to meet project milestones
- Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual obligations to mitigate risks and ensure scope clarity
- Supervise project teams in managing schedules, resources, quality control, and safety protocols
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and industry standards for infrastructure projects
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on cabinetry or millwork using Cabinet Vision software
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and other construction management software
- Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling, cost management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety protocols and building codes
- Skilled in blueprint reading, construction plans review, and project coordination from start to finish
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), OSHA safety training preferred
