Position Overview
This role combines light production work, equipment operation, and organization. No prior sign experience is required—we’re willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities
Operate printer and vinyl plotter
Track and update job progress in spreadsheets
Prepare and package orders for shipping
Calculate and add shipping to invoices
Assist with production (weeding, laminating, material prep)
Help maintain an organized and efficient workspace
Opportunities for growth:
Learn design and layout (CorelDRAW or similar)
Assist with print setup and job planning
Support customer communication and quoting
