Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, Rooftop Units, swamp coolers etc.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure HVAC system efficiency and safety.
- Repair mechanical components such as pumps, fans, compressors, valves, and other HVAC equipment using hand tools and mechanical knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring client satisfaction during service calls.
Requirements
- 5 years Experience
- Mech 4 and EPA License REQUIRED
- Proven experience in HVAC system repair, installation, or maintenance within construction or service technician roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience working with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, as well as specialized diagnostic tools like ohmmeters.
