Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Worker/Order Selector at our Trucking Automation Company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing shipments while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Order Picking:
- Accurately pick automation hardware and accessories from warehouse shelves and bins based on pick tickets, work orders, or customer orders.
- Verify part numbers and quantities against order documentation before proceeding.
Order Packing:
- Use bubble wrap, foam inserts, anti-static bags, and sturdy boxes to prevent damage.
- Ensure all packages are properly sealed and ready for carrier pickup.
Warehouse Organization & Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment suitable for sensitive electronics.
- Organize shelving, bins, and pallet racking with clear labeling by product category and SKU.
- Remove empty boxes, packing materials, and debris from work areas.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math and reading skills for order verification.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods of time.
Pay: $21.83 - $25.78 per hour
