Job Overview:
We’re looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our exterior crew. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and learning a trade.
Responsibilities:
- Work on exterior projects including gutters, soffit & fascia, siding, windows, and roofing
- Assist with metal work such as metal wraps and custom wraps
- Perform pressure washing and gutter clean-outs
- Use tools and equipment safely (training provided if needed)
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and with attention to detail
- Help maintain clean and organized job sites
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, climbing ladders, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work well with a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in construction or exterior work preferred, but we are willing to train the right individuals
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
