Marketing Coordinator/Logistics

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing & Logistics Coordinator to support sports-related company. This role combines creative marketing responsibilities with hands-on event coordination and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital platforms, and promotional materials.
• Help manage event-day operations and troubleshoot logistical issues as they arise.
• Track marketing and event timelines, budgets, inventory, and deliverables.
• Assist with sponsor activations and promotional opportunities.
• Perform other marketing, administrative, and event-support duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, sports, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for sports and familiarity with the sports industry is a plus.
