Stocker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Stocker to join our team and help maintain a well-organized, efficient, and customer-friendly warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, managing inventory, and ensuring that products are properly stored and accessible. Your energetic approach will contribute to smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a clean, safe workspace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across various departments.

Duties

• Receive, unload, and organize shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to ensure safe handling of heavy items.
• Manage inventory control by accurately tracking stock levels with RF scanners and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Stock shelves efficiently while ensuring products are correctly labeled, faced, and displayed for optimal merchandising.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes by preparing orders for dispatch and verifying incoming deliveries against purchase orders.
• Perform routine maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure cleanliness by conducting regular cleaning tasks.
• Support retail sales efforts by replenishing produce, grocery items, or other merchandise as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product locations or questions in a friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and stock accuracy.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
• Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is highly desirable.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers effectively.
• Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate stock counts and sales transactions.

Pay: $21.13 - $25.44 per hour
