English Teacher (Part-time)
We are looking for English tutors to teach Elementary and Middle School, early evenings on some weekdays. The lesson plans and teachers instructions have been created. We offer a warm and flexible work environment. This is a long term part-time position. Salary is based on your experience and credentials.
Requirements:
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Command of grades/subject specific content and theoretical knowledge of learning theory.
- Minimum of one year experience in public or private school setting.

- Maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, and administrative staffs.
- Possesses excellent communication skills: Oral, Written, Interpersonal (active listening)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Presents subject matter to students to maximize learning opportunity and provides real-world, application based examples and learning opportunities.
- Strives to maximize the educational achievement of each student.
- Assesses student strengths and weaknesses on a frequent basis,
- Provide classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
- Maintains positive rapport with students; demonstrates patience and appropriate nurturing to assist in the growth of the child.
- Ensures classroom is clean, safe. Implements all relevant policies as per the company.
