Handyman-Any skill level can apply. Work will be assigned according to experience. Supervision on all first starts.Work variety of trades available. Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and minor HVAC work.Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.Ability to inspect properties to identify and resolve potential issues.Assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.Provide and maintain your own tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and building codes.Communicate with manager directly about repair needs and project timelines.Handle small renovation or improvement projects as assigned.Track and report time, materials used, and completed work.Must have transportation.
