You demonstrate the ability to build scalable cross-functional relationships through systems and process improvements.As a Senior Accountant, you'll:Prepare journal entries and support day-to-day corporate accounting activities while assisting with the month-end close process to ensure timely, accurate, and U.S. GAAP-compliant financial reporting.Build or enhance balance sheet account reconciliation workpapers, including reviewing and cleaning up historical reconciliations and related balances.Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on metrics, flux analysis, forecasts, and projections, and support preparation of the monthly reporting package.Prepare documentation supporting internal and external audits and help ensure successful completion of audit requirements.Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes to streamline close processes and build scalable accounting solutions.Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce close timelines.Develop, maintain, and strengthen internal controls related to assigned accounting areas.
