The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service to our families, current and prospective as well as assist with administrative needs.Requirements:High school or equivalent (Required) some college preferred*Must be at least 18 years old.Must successfully pass a criminal background check.2 years of demonstrated work experience in customer service/Front Desk Services/SalesMust have a positive attitude in high-volume sales settings.Success working closely with many different personality types.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to speak and work proactively with customers and staff.Organized and flexible, with a team-player mindset.Attention to detail.Responsibilities:Answer telephones assisting families with learning more about our programScheduling and confirming toursFile and organize required documentsMaintaining current file systemsFood and supply ordering/shopping/organizingDecorate and tidy to keep up welcoming environmentInteract with staff, children and families daily
