Job Description:
The Regional SQE Director will oversee the Americas region's safety, quality, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This role serves as the senior expert for the Americas' SQE Department and works closely with Group SQE on global best practices.
This position is responsible for harmonizing A-Gas' Safety, Quality, and Environmental systems, including process standardization, development of best practices, and coordination of SQE Audits for America's Plants and the Rapid Recovery Network.
The Regional SQE Director will also be responsible for the regional quality team and transportation programs, ensuring compliance with programs such as Quality, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and DOT/Fleet.
This is a high-travel position that requires at least 50% of the time working in the field with site safety teams.
