Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Admin to support logistics, inventory tracking, and reporting activities. This role will work closely with Operations, Procurement, and third-party vendors to ensure timely movement of materials and accurate data tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Material Coordination
- Coordinate material movement for cylinders and ISOs, including shipment requests and third-party logistics
- Manage rapid network requests multiple times per week
- Track and update shipment requests within internal systems (e.g., order boards)
- Support project-based material requests as they come in
- Coordinate vendor returns and secure re-delivery authorizations
- Partner with Operations to confirm material availability for shipment or third-party handling
- Track readiness of ISO units and coordinate next steps in material handling
- Support heavy material tracking and movement activities
- Data Entry & Reporting
- Maintain accurate open order tracking (shipment status, "on the water," expected delivery dates)
- Monitor and update logistics tracking tools (including UTO tracking)
- Keep Operations informed of delivery schedules, confirmations, and live offloads
- Support purchasing processes including order tracking, receiving, and invoice matching
- Ensure all documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and on time
- Assist with invoice reconciliation and tracking (AP/AR experience a plus)
- Support reporting needs related to logistics, inventory, and purchasing
- Provide general administrative support across supply chain activities
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Experience with inventory tracking and order management
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations and vendors
- Proficiency in Excel and data tracking systems
- AP/AR knowledge is a plus

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Onsite required a minimum of 3 days weekly with potential for some hybrid flexibility.
