- Maintain and update customer accounts, shipment records, and internal systems
- Assist with scheduling, appointment coordination, and general customer support
- Handle emails and follow up with customers in a timely and professional manner
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- 2 years of experience in the transportation, logistics, or trucking industry preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Experience with dispatch, container tracking, or logistics systems is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
