What are the responsibilities and job description for the CMM Operator Inspector/ Friday, Saturday, Sunday, this is 3 /12 hours Shifts position at A&G Machine Inc?
Job Summary:
Looking for a highly motivated person with a minimum of 5-10 years in aerospace inspection. The ideal candidate will be able to perform setup and use of CMM to measure production parts, This requires understating of 3D model inspection.
Must be able to manually inspect production parts to AS9102 First Article Inspection requirements.
MUST BE PROFICIENT with the understanding of GD&T ASME Y14.5 2009 or newer
CMM Manager Software preferred.
Proficient math skills, and high attention to detail.
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills, highly capable in Microsoft Office.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communications skills in a leadership capacity, managing and working well with others.
Be able to maintain and organized for a clean work environment.
Maintain a working knowledge of quality standards, part inspection, and preservation methods, and lean forward into new technologies and inspection methods.
Preferred but not required but willing to learn inspection operations using a Leica Laser Tracker to include using Poly-works Software, to measure production parts, tooling, etc.
