The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, and administrative HR functions, while helping maintain a positive and compliant workplace.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate talent acquisition efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Manage new hire onboarding and employee orientation processes
- Support employee evaluations and performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws and internal policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll processes (ADP experience preferred)
- Assist with training and development initiatives
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling, and document management
- Support HR-related communications and occasional social media updates
- Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative support role required
- Familiarity with employment and labor laws (FMLA, OSHA, workers’ compensation)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems preferred
- Experience in healthcare staffing or home health is a plus
- HR certification or related degree is a plus
- This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 3–6 months
- Assignment may be extended or ended earlier based on business needs
- This position does not guarantee continued employment beyond the assignment period
Salary : $21 - $23
