The Site Manager at A Friendly Face ABA Agency is the operational backbone of the center.
This job is simple to describe and hard to execute: keep the center running clean, compliant, staffed, and calm—every single day. Clinical teams should be able to focus entirely on care because you’ve handled everything else.
This role requires presence, authority, and follow-through. If you’re passive, this is not the job.
Responsibilities
'Center Operations
- Open and close the center daily; ensure full operational readiness
- Maintain therapy rooms, common areas, supplies, and safety standards
- Coordinate repairs, vendors, cleaning crews, and equipment
- Ensure rooms are set up correctly for ABA sessions and transitions
- Anticipate issues before they disrupt therapy
Staff Oversight (Non-Clinical)
- Track RBT attendance, punctuality, call-outs, and coverage
- Coordinate daily schedules and room assignments
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires (badges, access, orientation)
- Enforce policies consistently—no favorites, no exceptions
- Escalate performance or conduct issues quickly and clearly
Client & Family Experience
- Be the on-site point person for families for non-clinical matters
- Manage arrivals, dismissals, and transitions smoothly
- Address concerns professionally and document issues properly
- Maintain a welcoming, structured, and respectful environment aligned with A Friendly Face values
Compliance & Readiness
- Maintain site binders, incident logs, safety documentation, and signage
- Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of paperwork and conversations
- Support audits, inspections, and licensing visits without panic
- Ensure staff follow center protocols and supervision schedules
Coordination with Clinical Leadership
- Work closely with BCBAs and Clinical Directors to remove operational barriers
- Flag staffing gaps, space constraints, or scheduling risks early
- Support clinical flow—never interfere with clinical judgment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
