The starting pay listed above is base on experience and is only for those who have experience and know how to provide excellent moving services. We will hire those with less experience but the starting pay offered will be less and then can be increased as ability is proven. If you have a crew you would like to bring and work with that is possible. We have plenty of work, and offer flexible scheduling opportunities.We do pay overtime, and you will reach overtime during the summer months. We operate 7 days a week, so that means we do work Sundays. We have been a local small business for 10 years. We have quality employees in place and are looking to add to our team. Moving laborers with experience may be considered. Qualifications:Class E License or willing to obtain oneClean Driving RecordCurrent DOT Physical cardAbility to lead crews of 2 - 3Ability to lift objects 75 lbs. regularlyPositive AttitudeMoving Experience a plus*Moving experience is not required - we will train the right candidate but you must have a clean driving record, be willing to drive 26ft. moving trucks and obtain a class E license (class E licenses are easy to get and require minimal extra training).Job Duties:Drive 26 ft moving trucksLoading and unloading of household goods( heavy lifting required)Paperwork and customer serviceLead crews of 2 - 3Lifting heavy objects regularlyNo experience necessary will train the right candidate in all areas including - driving safety, loading and unloading techniques, paperwork and billing.The ideal candidate will be 21 - 35 years old with moving experience. A good positive attitude and ability to perform physical labor over an extended amount of time is a must. We work as a team here and expect you to act as a team member.
