Overview:
SHIFT REQUIREMENTS:
We are hiring for our Hermosa Beach location only.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments through cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Nightly sidework
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender Server in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Preferably have a good working knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Strong math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
