Ideal candidates need to have excellent computer knowledge, good typing skills, and experience with computer programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Office) and medical programs; experience is a definite PLUS.
- Full-time, PSR four-day-a-week medical PSR position.
- Full-time phones and cross-train for the front desk.
- Medical billing- willing to train the right person, but needs to have some experience in an office setting, with computers, data entry, detail-oriented, very good with numbers, or worked in insurance.
Greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answers telephones, schedules appointments, medical records, and performs other general access call center duties.

**Specific Duties Include:**
- Checking in and out patients
- Collecting co-pays
- Handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Verifying patient insurance and information using the computer
- Scanning medical cards and information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Conducting some insurance verifications
- Confirming appointments
- Taking detailed messages
- Routing calls to different departments
- Maintaining medical records
- Performing other clerical duties as needed
Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen, and current reference checks. You must be at least 18 to apply.
